Broeding in Munich

One of the best restaurants in Munich. The best time to visit is in the courtyard in summer. The wine or alcohol-free accompaniment to the menu is actually the outstanding achievement of this restaurant. Drinks perfectly matched to the meal are a must here. The service can only be compared with star cuisine. This also applies to the only point of criticism: the price level is based on 1 to 2 star restaurants without being one. If you don't care, you can't go wrong here.

We had a great evening at home. The prepared food was super easy to finish. We only failed something when we prepared the main course ourselves. Nevertheless, many thanks for the nice change

Almost a regular here, never disappointed. Extensive wine list, TOPTOPTOP - food, innovative-creative and, above all, it tastes good. The staff was always friendly and helpful. It's your own fault if you chase after different ... (thanks, Eberhofer) Michelin stars. The Broeding doesn’t break this dusty, laughable star hype, it’s just CONSTANTLY EXCELLENT. On top: NO background music terror. Restaurants of all countries: orientate yourself on BROEDING! PS: Of course, 1a vegetarian / vegan options available.

Great food, as well as the service. Even the alcohol-free accompaniment was really a pleasure. Seldom eaten and drunk so well in such a relaxed atmosphere. There were 4 of us, 2 full blooded restaurateurs and none of them had anything to complain about. A coherent concept through and through. We would be happy to return here for two for the 5-course menu. The food was excellent, well presented and the service was very friendly and courteous without appearing "fake". Even though the restaurant was very full, the waitress didn't let itself be stressed (or at least didn't show it, if it was). I recommend a reservation in advance and - if you come by car - to bring some time to find a parking space. Again, a big thank you to the Broeding team and a special greeting to the kitchen. Clear recommendation on my part. ??

Just a dream. The food really stimulates all the senses, we are thrilled.

Unfortunately not good enough for the price. The main course, veal, in particular, is relatively tough and high in fat. Consideration of allergies was not always successful. After all, taking it back wasn't a problem. Still no alternative for me

Sensational. A wonderful evening with a wonderful menu. Starting with the starters, which always prepared one with a gentle seasoning for the next course. Fish and meat course powerful and present. Finished off with a smooth cheese course and a perfect berry tart. Everything accompanied by profound wine advice and embraced by enchanting Austrian wine. A summer evening in the city that couldn't be more beautiful.

Great restaurant with excellent service. We had a mega delicious 6-course menu with suitable wine accompaniment and suitable non-alcoholic accompaniment. The latter in particular was amazing. Here, the bartender creates fermented drinks that go perfectly with the respective dishes. An additional experience for delicious food! We recommend. We will be back!

Really good food. Nice staff and very good treatment. They offer vegetarian options, which is amazing and you can see that it's not just something to cover up, it is thought to give you a great experience. Highly recommend!!

I m grateful about dinner

Absolutely one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had. Intimate, cozy, superb service and fantastic food. I felt as if I was hosted by the team in their own living room. This is a 3/5/6 course menu that continuously changes. The flavors were accurate to the grain of salt. The fresh and natural flavors of the ingredients was perfectly accompanied by delicate seasoning. Each course was a blast. Wine pairing available and served by a knowledgeable and experienced gentleman who introduced me to regions I have never tasted. Each wine choice was unique and perfectly complimented the dish. A must try!

As my expectations (based on the previous ratings of this restaurant) have been very high, I have to admit to leave the place disappointed. For sure, the food itself has been very good, but in this league this is only a part of the game. The waitress e.g. reacted quite upstaged when I accidentally swiped a fork off the table. The combination of snooty staff and 0 Michelin stars is a bad one.

For years I like going to Broeding and will never be disappointed. Although I do not live in Munich, I would call the Broeding my favorite restaurant. Through the given menu you will discover something new every time, which might have escaped your choice. Great ingredients, great wines and nice people. The pre-evening 3 course meal is a great alternative. Always happy.

Do yourself a favor: set aside some 200 to 300 EUR and treat your significant other and yourself with a really special dinner and some tasty wines. Great food, great service. It's a bit pricey, but hey, you don't eat such food every day. Nice spot for special occasions. I'm actually surprised this place technically doesn't have a Michelin star.
